We provide a complimentary 14-day premium collection return protocol for our distinguished clients. Refunds are processed with strict attention to material condition.

1. Condition Parameters

Articles must remain in pristine, completely unworn condition, with all security seal tags, packaging crates, and authenticity cards intact. Any signs of scratches on horology glass or leather creasing void return rights.

2. Armored Courier Collection

For security, high-value assets (exceeding ₹1,00,000 in value) will be collected via a private armored transport service scheduled at your residence. The package is inspected on-site before courier receipt.

3. Fund Reimbursement

Once collections reach our ateliers and clear verification inspections, refunds are dispatched immediately via bank transfer or credit reversal, reflecting in 3-5 banking days.
