At Maison Aylora, we curate the finest luxury items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your acquisition, we offer a specialized 14-day returns privilege subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window & Conditions

- 14-Day Limit: You must request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
- Pristine Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and complete with all security tags, GIA certificates, brand boxes, and original crates intact.
- Non-Returnable Articles: Customized creations, monogrammed leather goods, and personalized fine jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Concierge Collection Process

Once a return is logged via your account dashboard, our security logistics partner will schedule a complimentary home pickup. The courier will inspect packaging integrity and place the parcel in a trackable security vault.

3. Refund Appraisals & Settlement

All returned assets undergo strict gemological, material, and brand verification checks in our inspection laboratories. Once authenticated, the refund will be credited back to your original payment card within 7-10 business days.
